Indian Lake Elementary Clothing Drive
Indian Lake Elementary students are learning the reason for the season. Third grade sponsored a cold weather clothing drive to benefit the Sumner County Family Resource Center. Students handled the marketing, communication, sorting of clothes, and distribution of more than 1,200 coats, scarfs, gloves, winter clothes and blankets. Students were rewarded with house points for each item donated. The Family Resource Center is a place where our financially challenged students can receive clothing, toiletries, and food.
