Diploma Replacement

Individuals who need to acquire a replacement diploma must contact the State of Tennessee:

Requests must be accompanied by the $10.00 processing fee made payable to the STATE TREASURER.  No phone requests are honored and no request is processed without the fee.  Requests made are processed in the order received and generally are mailed within two weeks.  The phone number for this department is 615-532-4867.

GED Scores

To obtain GED Scores, individuals must contact the location where the test was taken.  In Sumner County, that location is Volunteer State College.  Additionally, you may contact the State of Tennessee Department of Adult Education at (615) 741-7054 or the Federal Offices in Washington, D.C. at 1-800-531-1515.

Transcript Request

Official transcripts cost $3 for the first copy and $1 for each additional copy ordered at the same time.  Transcripts show course work taken, grades in individual courses, grade point average, rank in class, date of graduation and the signature of the high school principal.  This transcript is usually sufficient for proof of graduation for employment or college admissions.

Transcripts require a Transcript Request Form, available on line. Complete the form, including all requested information,  and send it to the appropriate location.  Include a check made payable to the Sumner County Board of Education for $3 for the first copy, and $1 for each additional copy.  A signature is required.  Only the approved Transcript Request Form will be accepted.

Students who graduate after 2004 should contact their high school for transcripts.

2004 graduates and all students graduating prior to 2004 should contact the Material Center.

All students graduating from E.B.Wilson should contact the Material Center.
